300 HOUR EMBODIED LIVING TEACHER TRAINING

 

SRI LANKA: 10TH - 30TH MARCH, 2024

    

Our in-person 300 hour teacher training is designed to inspire your teachings to emanate from your own depth of studentship and experience the embodied of yoga.

Online

 

Practice: You will develop or maintain a daily practice with āsana classes, guided prāṇāyāma practices, and foundational meditation. Enjoy the practices included with the course, or sign up to our online platform so you can access a huge variety of on-demand classes to support your training.

Study: each module, you will receive pre-recorded lectures on techniques, alignment, teaching skills, philosophy, history and mantra  Join live calls to practice together, answer questions and do some prac teaching.

Teaching Practice

 

Each week leading up to the in-person module (and following), you will spend at least 1 hour practice teaching, virtually or in person, giving and receiving feedback with your peers. Live calls will also include practice teaching sessions so you can receive coaching and feedback from Jules and Sasha. The in-person module will feature intensive practice teaching sessions, with feedback from your peers and your teachers. 

In-person module

 

Join Jules and Sasha in Sri Lanka for  hands-on, in-person practice and learning. We'll be together from 10-30 March, 2024, from approx. 6:30am-5:30pm daily. Enjoy extended āsana, prāṇāyāma and meditation practices, intensive prac teaching sessions, practice hands-on assists, and benefit from Q&A sessions with Jules and Sasha. Please note that you will need to arrange your own accomodation and food for the week; course fees cover tuition only. 

Assessment

 

At the end of each online module, you will complete a short quiz to test your knowledge. At the end of the course, you will complete a teaching assessment either in person or over Zoom, and submit a short essay on the topic of yoga philosophy.
