Before you step into the swirl of the holiday season this year, give yourself the gift of looking within. You will recognise each breath as a gift, as you are nourished by delicious organic meals, walk barefoot amongst Ulpotha’s enchanting surroundings or simply curl within the mountain view. Awakening daily to the rising sun in silent meditation, pranayama, mantra and slow deep Prana vinyasa flow, nourish in pristine nature and be immersed in gentle waters of the lotus ringed lake. Winding down to evening yin/restorative yoga guided by yoga Nidra to prepare you into dream time.

I was fortunate enough to be in a yoga class in Melbourne, where Jules taught. I felt something special in that class, so i continued to attend every class Jules taught where i lived. When Jules announced she was going to hold a retreat in Sri Lanka in April 2019-I somehow made it happen. If you are fortunate enough to attend a retreat with Jules, in whatever country-I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Jules has unique way of brining people together in a group.
