We will breath, move, meditate, reflect, discover and uncover who we are in this beautiful thing called life. Teachings are recorded live from Sri Lanka, there may be moments where we will be in front of the ocean or deep in the verdant jungle overlooking the vastness beauty that Sri Lanka has to offer, wherever we are we are here together.
