Teacher training is just the beginning of a teacher’s journey and it should gift you the inspiration to continue to unpack what this practice means to you each day. Learn the foundations of yoga through asana, breath work, and mindfulness. Deepen your yoga practice, connect to your unique teaching voice and experience true inner transformation of the body, mind and heart.

Jules & Sasha have come together to share a truly unique and transformative experience. The training reflects over decades of combined teachings and practising, of leading both in person and virtual training, mentoring, retreats and course development. Our training is a heart-led adventure of self-discovery where we invite you to join the most supportive and inspiring team of teachers committed to your personal growth and teaching journey.

The training is designed to open us up so that we can serve our community from a place of humility and compassion. It is a process that can make us feel vulnerable yet incredibly liberated.

In this training you will be given an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of Yoga, expert alignment cues, intelligent sequencing, perfect pacing, movement with breath, felt sense of the philosophy and inspiring conversation that takes us right into the heart. All in a supportive and welcoming environment where you can learn and grow.

The course is carefully designed for those who wish to learn more about themselves through the practice of yoga. It’s for dedicated students who want to further their practice and deepen their understanding of yoga. It’s also for aspiring teachers, ready to share the gift of yoga with others.

The prerequisites for the 200-Hour are at least 2 years of yoga practice. In addition to this, you will need to have already integrated basic self-development in your own self-care and awareness, on and off the mat.

The structure of our training is designed in a way that allows for your continual learning and experience without overloading your mind and in such a way that looks after your energy. This course does require pre-course learning, practice and studying on our online channel to ensure that you are ready to successfully complete the course requirements by the end of the three weeks, please give yourself time and space to apply.

The 200-Hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a 200-hour certificate. You will have the option to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200-Hour level.
